One of my favorite DA artists has passed away and in my opinion the beauty of her art will be missed by anyone who has had the pleasure of seeing her work x-bossie-boots-x.deviantart.co… I am lucky to have one of her pieces framed on my wall
and am happy that I will be able to look at it every day and remember what a wonderful friend Lou has been for the past couple years.
marcofool.deviantart.com/ mentioned in his journal that Lou loved sunrises so I tried to catch the first sunrise of the year, but here in the Valley of the Sun (Phoenix, AZ) it was actually completely overcast this morning so there was no sunrise to capture. Since Lou also seemed to enjoy my rose pictures, I decided to take one for her this morning. This picture is for you Lou.

Wet Desert
As of 7am this morning we have reached the 3rd wettest day on record here in the Phoenix area. The rain is still coming down and they are predicting that today will end up breaking the record. Most freeways are flooded and closed. No work today.
Update: as of 8am we have broken the record and today is now the wettest day on record for the Phoenix metro area.
They are saying this storm is a 1000 year event. We somehow got all the moisture from hurricane Norbert. Our governor even declared a state of emergency.

Loren Blaine In NOLA!
Loren will be in New Orleans, LA from 4/25-5/3 and will be available for shoots. She also will be working as a feature entertainer at a few clubs (Penthouse Club and Barely Legal as of now) if any fans are interested in seeing her.
